2. Products

We sell yarn, knitting and crochet supplies, patterns, craft materials, gift cards and related products.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours and specifications are accurate. However, colours may vary depending on your device display and dye lots may vary between yarn batches.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund.

Delivery charges are shown during the checkout process before payment is completed.

4. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.

A contract between you and Hobby Rocks is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Payment authorisation failure

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather conditions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the cancellation period.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be:

Unused
In their original packaging
In a resaleable condition

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return Postage

Unless goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

A replacement
A repair
A full refund

This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Digital Products

Where digital products, downloadable patterns or electronic content are supplied, these may not be refundable once downloaded or accessed, except where required by law.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards may only be redeemed against purchases made on this website.

Lost, stolen or expired gift cards may not be replaced.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to HobbyRocks.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the goods purchased.
